These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of TimeMoneyAds and its members.
1. Relationship:
1.01 By joining our site as a member, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy, and Refund Policy of timemoneyads.com. Members that do not agree to any of these Terms of Service, Privacy, and Refund Policy, should stop using our site/service and terminate their account immediately.
1.02 A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of TimeMoneyAds.com.
1.03 The member is totally responsible for the money he/she spends on our site TimeMoneyAds.com.
2. Illegal activity:
2.01 Members may not present TimeMoneyAds.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email, or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by TimeMoneyAds.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, obscenity, or spam.
2.02 Members of our site are not allowed to gain referrals by enticing them with gifts/rewards/any other incentives other than that mentioned on our site.
3. Third-Party Liability:
3.01 TimeMoneyAds.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause harm to members.
4. Membership Fee:
4.01 There is no Membership fee to join our site. However, fees may be introduced if deemed necessary by TimeMoneyAds.com.
5. Cancellation/Termination of membership:
5.01 Membership at TimeMoneyAds.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member.
5.02 TimeMoneyAds.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate without notice, the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy, or Refund Policy.
5.03 Any member acting unethically or unprofessionally may be removed without refund (if any) at the sole discretion of TimeMoneyAds.com with all current and future commissions and site usage forfeited.
5.04 Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with TimeMoneyAds.com. Any positions held in TimeMoneyAds.com will also be forfeited, and ownership will be reassigned to TimeMoneyAds.com.
5.05 We reserve the right to terminate the member's account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating, misuse, or abuse of our site/program/site admin(s)/site member(s).
5.06 In all cases of account closure/cancellation/termination, administrative fees of 5% of the total deposited amount will be applicable.
6. Payments:
6.01 All payments are processed automatically, and the advertising will be added instantly to your account. Sometimes, they may take a bit longer time to get processed because of server issues, etc. Hence please allow up to 1 hr for the payment to be processed and for the advertising to be added to your account. If it takes a longer time, please kindly contact Support for further assistance.
7. Refund Policy:
7.01 All purchased items (Upgrade fees for memberships (if any)/Add funds/Purchase of Business Listing (Mini adpacks) or other ad package(s)/surf free plans including others) are non-refundable (NO REFUND).
7.02 If you make a dispute, Chargeback, or reverse transactions on your purchases, your account will be suspended immediately. On closure of the dispute, we will re-evaluate the situation and may either reinstate your account or terminate your account.
8. For Advertisers:
8.01 Pornography/Adult/or any related ads are not allowed.
8.02 Ads that disgrace any Religion/Faiths/Beliefs/Culture/Race/person/animals or any other living creatures/our site/other sites/other programs are not allowed.
8.03 Ads with false/fake/misleading claims are not allowed. Your account will be terminated if these types of ads are posted.
9. Privacy Policy:
9.01 TimeMoneyAds.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
9.02 Your information collected is used for communication of TimeMoneyAds.com with the members and will not be sold to any other company.
9.03 We use cookies to keep track of advertisements and Affiliates. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers' systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
10. Contact Information:
10.01 It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date in the members' area. TimeMoneyAds.com will not be responsible for communication errors due to incorrect or out-of-date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
11. Copyright Material:
11.01 All branding, logos, and graphics contained within TimeMoneyAds.com are copyright; use, distribution, or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. TimeMoneyAds.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members' area.
12. Damaging Intent:
12.01 Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings, or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to TimeMoneyAds.com and/or its members may result in the termination of your membership with TimeMoneyAds.com. Depending on seriousness, TimeMoneyAds.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
13. UCE/UBE or SPAM:
13.01 TimeMoneyAds.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of TimeMoneyAds.com and for the benefit of all
14. Revision of Terms:
14.01 TimeMoneyAds reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner. It is the responsibility of members to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Continued use of the TimeMoneyAds platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes by the member.
15. Account Policies:
15.01 Multiple Accounts and Commission Stacking: Multiple accounts are prohibited to ensure compliance with our policy against commission stacking. Accounts originating from the same IP address are not permitted. Any accounts found in violation of this policy will be subject to suspension or termination without prior notice.
Revenue Sharing Acknowledgment:
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, members acknowledge that revenue sharing is not guaranteed. While TimeMoneyAds endeavors to provide opportunities for revenue sharing through its platform, factors such as advertiser demand, market conditions, and other variables may affect the actual revenue earned by members. TimeMoneyAds does not guarantee any specific earnings or returns from revenue sharing activities. Members participate in revenue sharing at their own risk and should not rely solely on potential earnings from revenue sharing as a source of income.
